Dear Friend,
Receiving salvation is the easiest yet most profound decision you'll ever make
in your life. Salvation is easy because it's a free gift.
Eph. 2:8-9
"For by grace are you saved through faith and that not of yourselves it is the
gift of God not of works lest any man should boast." Grace is God's
part and faith is your part. God has already supplied for your every need
by grace. All you have to do is receive it by faith. In other words
faith is not God responding to you but you responding to Him. Faith does
not move God, God has already moved by grace. Faith moves you into a
position to receive what God has already provided.
The gift He has
provided is salvation and it is free. Salvation has nothing to do with
you and what you have done. It has to do with Jesus and what He has done.
Did you know that your sins are not sending you to hell? Sins are not the
issue in salvation, faith in Jesus alone is. According to (2
Cor. 5:19), the good news is that God is no longer
counting the sins of the world against them. Hallelujah! God is not
counting your sins! I know that sounds too good to be true but
that's why it's called "the good news." The reason God is not counting
your sins against you is because He already counted them against Jesus. We
are told in (2 Cor. 5:21)
that "He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us that we might be made the
righteousness of God in Him."
The way to receive
salvation is simple because Jesus did all the work for us. All He requires
is that we believe in Him and what He did.
Romans 10:9-10
states "that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe
in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead you shall be saved.
For with the heart man believes unto righteousness and with the mouth
confession is made unto salvation." If you believe that Jesus Christ
is the Son of God, that He died on the cross for you, bore your sins, and was
raised from the dead then confess that with your mouth, you are saved.
Remember it is not of works lest any man should boast. If someone asks you
how do you know you're saved tell them because I believe in Jesus. You're
not saved any other way but by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ alone.
If you have confessed Jesus Christ as your Lord today, please

God Bless you,
